How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

How do I add a new patient to my practice?

To add a new patient, go to the "Patients" section in your dashboard and click the "Add Patient" button. Fill out the required information and click "Save." You can then send the patient an invitation to create their own account.

Can I integrate DocLinQ with my existing EHR system?

Yes, DocLinQ offers integrations with many popular EHR systems. Go to "Settings" > "Integrations" to see the available options. For custom integrations, please contact our support team.

How do I set up recurring appointments?

When creating a new appointment, check the "Recurring" option. You can then specify the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) and duration of the recurring appointments. Each appointment can be modified individually if needed.

Is DocLinQ HIPAA compliant?
